Hatteras Hemp Co

3.8(15 reviews)

Hatteras Hemp Co is the only dedicated hemp shop on Hatteras Island. Selection is limited compared to the northern beaches — mostly CBD products, some Delta 9 gummies, and a small THCA pre-roll selection. If you're staying in Hatteras, Avon, Buxton, or Rodanthe, this is your only option without driving 45+ minutes north. Plan ahead: stock up in KDH or Nags Head before heading south for the best selection and prices.
