Manteo Hemp Co is the go-to spot on Roanoke Island for hemp-derived products. It's a locally owned shop with a carefully curated selection of THCA flower, Delta 9 edibles, and CBD products. The staff are passionate about the plant and happy to educate. Prices are fair — slightly lower than beach-side shops. If you're staying in Manteo or want a quieter shopping experience away from the Beach Road crowds, this is your spot.
